They are part of the problem, not part of the solution. I need management for my rental property. They are using supposed short staffedness to repel the management of housing in black neighborhoods. And, no, I am not misrepresenting their intentions. I called twice to make sure. I kept hearing "Oklona, Oklona, if you have something in Oklona, we might manage." I had to look up Oklona, because I have never been there, and there is no reason I would ever go there--no art, no dancing, no theater, no barbecue, no nightlife, nothing. But, wait, it is ninety percent white. That is why they will manage property in Oklona, but not westside.

I have been living a H.O.A. nightmare and I can not get any answers back from the office for over two months. We have one car garages and we can not park on the street in front of our homes but we were told to park in designated parking. Right across the street is another H.O.A. and they don't want anyone parking in the spaces that I was told to park in. 200 dollars later after my truck is towed I still haven't heard anything but the office saying they aren't paying for it. This Arbor Meadows subdivision is having problems after problem. Petitions are going around about this. Great area but they refuse tell you anything when you call for answers. All my neighbors are going threw the same thing and one is packing and moving out.

This is the worst money focused non customer service oriented rental company in Louisville. I was told by dick that credit score would only affect deposit. That if under 500 points, I would simply have to pay double deposit. They talked me into an application, although they already had a renter for the home. I had to pay a $35 app fee even though they were already processing a prior applicant and did not inform me. I kept in constant contact, informing them I had their deposit ready. I had EXCELLENT rental background so this was not a factor. I urge you to choose a different rental company, as all they care about is what money they can make however. Whether it be scamming people out of 35 application fee or charging an expensive amount on a home not worth the money.

They were ok as rental agents but when it came time to sell, the agent was more concerned about a quick sale than working for me. The agent used many scare tactics and often interrupting me at work telling me to sign agreement within a couple of hours or the contracts would be void. I keep telling her I was new at this and wanted more time to review. She told me my house was not likely to pass inspection again and mkt was getting stale. Was also told That my house wasn't in great shape so it wasn't worth as much, she was dead set to sell to the 1st offer even when I told her I didn't want to sell to them, she made 3 counter offers. I would have used some one else but they had already rented the property and charged me for repairs. Don't trust Dena Abel.

I am renting a house in St Matthews from them with NO insulation & broken window seals with NO handles for emergency exits!! They refuse to replace windows or to add insulation!! This company is all about money and they could care less if their homes are quality!! BEWARE they are SLUMLORDS!
